That's interesting. My wife is very partial to Blueberries which we buy in bulk (frozen) from Costco. I'm pretty sure they are cultivated somewhere in South America so are likely the New Mexico strain. We also buy "wild" "local" Blueberries which tend to originate from eastern Ontario, northern Ontario or the Maritime Provinces rather than BC. These are notably smaller (and tastier) than the bulk/supermarket berries we can get. Although we're not getting them from BC they may be the BC strain.
That's today's 'learn something new' taken care of.

Wasn't aware of them being grown in Scotland. I can't think why they wouldn't be successful but they're not native to Scotland are they?

Grew up looking at the Tay from the south side and went to Madras do have a reasonable idea where you are.

I miss Fife. At the moment I wouldn't mind being stuck there. Currently in Ontario, there's nothing wrong with Ontario but it's not home.

Hopefully somebody will have some ideas to help with this.
Father-in-law is trying to find someplace online to publish a research paper relating to calcification in corals (he's in his 90s and still doing research). He has been struggling with reviewers not accepting the paper as it challenges current thinking.
Anybody got any suggestions for a site where he can publish it?
