Today I learned that if you are on Medicare you cannot contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA). In the US once you turn 65 you are automatically enrolled in Medicare Part A. So if you are 65 and over and still working, that is one possible work benefit that you cannot use.

When you listen to music or podcasts on your iPhone with your iPods, when you get a new Message your podcast stops and the message will be read to you. For the first time I received an image in a Message, and instead of simply being told that I have a Picture the voice described the image to me. It was accurate.

The story of the person who used a lawn mower to trim their hedges, hurt themselves, and then successfully sued the maker of the lawn mower. It isn't true.
In the 1980s a reporter investigated the story after a major insurance company put this story a full page newspaper ad to push tort reform.
There was no source for the story, no proof. It was a lie
The insurance company almost lost its license.
We've always had fake stories that spread.

@npub1fzy…pkz4 @npub1xsy…cevg as the key to the scam is creating a sense of panic and anxiety in the target. This makes it harder to think clearly and not see the obvious or check out the situation.
Thankfully when my father in law was hit by the grandchild in accident scam he called me. He was sure it was my son calling me. I whipped out my app and saw my car was at my house. I said it was a scam. He then did the most obvious thing to do, which was to call my son.

The most astounding packaging was the game Kingmaker from Gibson’s. They are trying to be environmentally safe so they had this cardboard netting all around the game box. It had to be made specifically for the size of the box. It worked and no plastics. Sorry that I finally threw it away after 6 months, I'm not sure if i could have used it again. It might have been a good shipper for your books, but your books are a bit heavier so I’m not sure.

He was a typist for the federal govt and was fired for wearing a dress to work for a year. Went to Supreme Court and won. He was also one of the first people to sue for legalization of gay marriage, obviously lost that one.
