I was thinking something more family oriented. Mom works for the public service. Dad works for the public service. All the neighbours work for the public service, except the outsider bachelor who works for a car dealership (killed off in S1E2 - run over)

a couple of storms have popped up in Eastern Ontario, way ahead of the main line, which is still near Barrie. These will pass to the NW of Ottawa, but anything popping up a bit further south will go thru Ottawa.

Pretty high CAPE for #Ottawa this afternoon. Models don't seem to develop it into thunderstorms, they prefer the western portion that will pass in the late evening.
EC forecasting possibility of storms all day, which seems prudent.

when I was a kid, it was an Italian stereotype to wash the driveway. When I went to university, I lived in Little Italy, next door to an older 1st gen Italian couple.
Sure enough, late at night, after the end of the main night of Italian fest, he was out there washing the driveway with a hose and a broom.
It was a nice driveway.
