Feeling like I've been run over (I haven't as far as I know). I used to wonder why my parents would sometimes have a nap in the afternoon but now I totally understand. Being an adult is so tiring. I definitely recommend against it.

I honestly don't know how much more sadness I can take. I lost my beautiful mum in March and now my beautiful mother-in-law on Saturday. I saw her for the last time today. They were such amazing, strong, brave, love-filled women. It's totally unfathomable that they're no longer with us. I want the whole world to know about them and know that it's lost something of such great irreplaceable value. But, the ripples that spread out from the love and light they brought to the world will never fade.

My favourite #music at the moment is the album "Light for the World" by the Poor Clares of Arundel. It's really beautiful and peaceful. I (accidentally) drifted off to sleep listening to this a few days ago and had one of the best sleeps for a long time. #PoorClares
