Perhaps the most cutting remark?

PSA: Read #EventBrite's new #ToS very carefully - section 9 requires you to use arbitration and reduces the ability for you to make a class action against them.
This is another example of #enshittification (per @npub1hyk…3p33) and Rebecca Giblin's work on #ChokepointCapitalism - this sort of clause is one of the ways of creating a chokepoint and reducing the power users of a platform have, while concentrating power in the hands of the platform.
