The most exciting part of yesterday’s monsoon rain in Tucson wasn’t the 44° drop in temp (114>70° F), the horizontal rain or getting 1” rain in 35 minutes. It was the emergence of 😍Red Velvet Mites this morning! I assume that’s their silk in my photo.
