Trying to find a DT-related Shiny error that
a) does not occur on my dev machine
b) does not occur in staging
c) does only occur in production
and is enormously unhelpful (DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 - Ajax error). Staging and Production use the same Docker image. How is this even possible

Interesting paper with a new tool on genome annotation liftover: LiftOn

Unlike Toga, LiftOn seems to produce annotations that can have more genes than the source annotation. I can't see any information on how these tools compare.

@npub1ahd…4p2e and there the problems start, don't they? Nobody knows 'what actually matters' means so to stem the tide we invent metrics upon metrics, all useless. But we dug this hole and we can only dig deeper
