@npub1698…hmgt Why linked data in #nostr events? As more clients for same use cases evolve (which is kind of emphasized through the protocol) we will have a problem understanding the metadata all the clients send. I want to use linked data to make that data understandable for different machines and clients

@npub1698…hmgt I wrote a blog post about my idea: https://sroertgen.github.io/homepage/2023-03-18/
In a nutshell: I prototyped a browser extension to annotate learning resources on the web. All the data (name, keywords, image, etc) is then send as linked data along #nostr event. Another service regulary looks for these notes and whenever it finds some it indexes the data to a search engine at https://bitcoin-library.org
It's currently about bitcoin education as a prototype, but simply adaptable to institutional education

@npub1698…hmgt I'm also very interested in this. Especially in how to add structured metadata as linked data to #nostr notes.
If you have any ideas or proposals on how to do that, I'd love to hear them. For now I added a custom `metadata` tag to notes and then JSON-stringified data. But not sure if that is the most elegant approach 🤷
