The Girl Who Stands Behind, Ushiro no Shoujo, was super good. The Missing Heir was "you should plug this into your yuzu because why the fuck not?" This one is "you MUST plug this into your yuzu. Why have you not yet done so?" I don't think I've seen a detective story in recent memory hit so much out of the park so consistently. Even the red herrings were great.

Rain Code got ported to PC from Switch this year and I really think that despite how good the games are this year, Rain Code would sweep this year without question. Rain Code is just that good. Some big game only losers play Elder something?... whatever, it got some DLC too but I don't think anyone takes that seriously. Astlibra's DLC would beat the shit out of it and probably sweep too.
Honestly no other big after the fact PC ports come to mind. Rain Code is pretty big though as leaving Switch to PC allows the beautiful environment design to actually function
