Sandhill Cranes with their newest addition, a Sandhill Crane chick. Parents stand 4.5+ feet tall and this little one, all legs stood about 20 inches tall. The chicks are also known as colts, can you imagine why?

The cutest little honey bee on a sunflower. She was working so hard. Moving very quickly around the sunflower her legs just loaded with pollen. Somehow she managed to fly to another flower and continue working.

Exquisite male giraffe portrait seen while on safari in South Africa. If you look close enough you can see the tear in his eye and the tiny little fly on his neck. One of my very favorite images I have ever captured.
