Loving strike, but always love the idea of lower fees. Any chance that New Zealand or aus bank accounts will have paying by bank account options in future (like deposits in no and pay id in aus)? Just wanting a way in future to avoid paying more fees 😁 currently with only the debit card option and with a daily dca, I will end up spending $365 usd in fees

I just posted an instagram story, sharing @npub1cn4…3vle talking on cnbc to my followers (friends, family and other folks from previous schools etc). It was actually nerve racking in a way to come out to them as a bitcoiner. But I thought to myself imagine if I hadn’t come across bitcoin yet, I would have wanted someone to tell me about it. I hope it opens up to some conversations between friends that end up leading to value for them.

Thinking about how the people of 2140 will likely care very little that the last Bitcoin has been mined. An event we speculate a lot about now, will likely feel about as hype as hearing about the anniversary of the discovery of electricity. Some won’t give it a second thought, some will think about their life without it, appreciate the invention for a moment and then go back to taking it for granted. Bitcoin works, it will simply be second nature.

Objection! (This isn’t a trial) but your claim is purely subjective.
I think the movie is still worth seeing in theatres especially if you can see it in 70mm film in an imax.
It’s not for everyone, it is essentially talking for the whole film, but it does provoke a lot of great thought and the setting of a cinema does make you concentrate on the one thing in front of you.
Arguably you will be in the best place to absorb a film in a theatre (fellow audience members willing).

I feel like I’m going full circle as it was Edgar Wright that introduced me (not personally, just via an Insta post last year or something) to the yard act, and now watching this video, I had to check to see if it was directed by him because it was so viscerally shot and edited. I recall recently (pre nostr) hearing about people finding nyspace cool because you had to do a little bit of coding to make your page look cool, which meant that it wasn’t the easiest thing to setup or customise, and wasn’t the most accessible Platform yet it was extremely popular at one point. I felt like I had missed out having only used accessible hand holding platforms like fb, Instagram etc. Using #damus on #nostr scratches that itch for me 😁
