One or more of my neighbors are putting out unshelled peanuts. The squirrels think it's great but I'm finding buried peanuts in my garden and in the planters right on the porch! The squirrels come back and dig them up, making a mess and ruining my flowers. If I post something on the FB group, I'll get bitched at 10-fold. Peanuts are bad for squirrels.

I regret that I had to reset my default search engine back to #Google.
#DuckDuckGo and StartPage were returning news results from MSN (mostly) and other aggregators consistently - NOT the original source. I was being sent to MSN almost 70% of the time, which I hate.
I have not been able to find a good #search engine anymore so it's back to the least worst of them.

Totally wrong. By staying and complaining (or just existing) you are propping up an awful, ruined platform run by a jerk. It's naive to think you are changing anything by staying. Only by strongly rejecting the nonsense by leaving do you make a point.

I would like from #Mastodon #Fediverse a better way to write and display threads. And, there needs to be a more widespread acceptance of embedding toots like there was with tweets. I still see so many options to promote content on the old bird site. So many people stuck in the old mud.
