@npub1cpp…e7uy I can't even buy one of those things (I'm EU) and even if I got it proxied over, the import duties alone would be enough to not make it worth the (very) high risk of breaking it, so I'm watching this one from the sildelines, hoping that one day maybe someone comes up with a way to 3d print and assemble a clone (which tbh doesn't need any reverse engineering other than a 3d scan for the measurements) for at least less than what shipping and importing it would cost.

@npub1cpp…e7uy it's an interesting piece of hardware nonetheless, i was hoping for a return of 3ds screens given power use would have been less critical and maybe the tech is better now too, but oh well, still a neat project

@npub1cpp…e7uy there should be pressure on microsoft to open source bitlocker so hackers can upstream the fixes they need to make bitlocker work so that everyone can benefit, and then we can ask the netherlands to sue microsoft for making a product that aids hackers more than it aids normal people à-la-tornado-cash
