It's been since I was a kid that I really wanted a sports jersey with a player's number on.
But the recent #soundersfc matches have Mr really wanting a Paul Rothrock jersey.
He may not be a flashy Morris or Lidero or Dempsey or Montero like we've seen in the last 15 years, but dude comes off the bench, plays his heart out, and makes a difference.
That's the kind of soccer worth watching.

Picked up the #DeltaGreen Humble Bundle because I've been on a horror kick and a friend commented that "you don't know the crimes I would commit to be able to play in a delta green game"
And... a week later I'm like 5 note cards into designing a scenario I might try submitting to the Shotgun Scenario contest later this year if I can manage the scope creep as I write it.

So I'm working on writing up an RPG quest for an Eberron game. I asked myself the question, who in a university would send adventurers grave robbing. And well, the better question is who in archeology wouldn't.
So the question changed to who's the funniest quest giver. And that's the grad student who needs physical evidence quick to support the dissertation they're defending.

Thinking of running an #Eberron adventure for my group because I like the pulp adventure and Magitech vibes. Would likely use #5e for the game so that I wouldn't need to teach another system and also would have enough NPC/Monster resources pre-written.
Any good sources for artificer NPCs out there? It's a hole in the stats given in Rising From The Last War.

Just finished my #MLSFantasy team for the league put together by @npub17m6…qnvt
Haven't done a fantasy team in a few years, and Fantasy Football and March Madness brackets have such a shorter season. Should be fun. Having to pick from more teams than I might otherwise gives me a good reason to watch more different teams.

I'm currently running a Pathfinder Adventure Path.

Fun reading about how even @npub1hyk…3p33 falls for phishing sometimes thanks to all the enshittification of getting in touch with necessary services making us less likely to catch the red flags.
I've clicked on a few of my office's "phishing tests" which at least gets me more "watch this social engineering info video" even if the videos are so bad that you can't help zone out.

Inspiration as a thing always felt like it was second only to encumbrance in rules DMs forget the moment they start playing.

@npub1psd…9sr7 I have the device whose nostalgia they're trying to cash in on. LCD screen, runs for literal years on 3 AAA batteries, and emulates a USB keyboard for transfer to computer.
I really don't see the benefits to the upgrade.

Granted, they don't look as cool but it was a fun thing I learned because fireflies have been a favorite summer thing of mine since moving from Seattle to the Midwest.
