I was the same. The person teaching me turned up, it was a brilliant user, and they travelled all this way and I knew more than they did because I'd read the manual.

Exactly. I was on the BT speak email list for a while, but coming back to more than 2000 messages, really hurt! The list is great, I'm just trying to work out a way of managing the traffic.

It's all about that classic experience. I do wish it had braille, which is why I still use some other things to complete my toolbox. But you can never have too many tools in your toolbox to do the job that you need to do.

It was a pretty small box. Perhaps the size of a VHS tape if you remember those? Or a bit smaller? Mine was just handed to me. Because that's what they do here.
