Must-read article by Josh Guetzkow on the tragic state of US pharmacological surveillance and its key "public database", VAERS.
At last we know why they were missing over 10% of miscarriages reported to them in the US by simply failing to "tag" the appropriate symptoms.
They are just accepting the manufacturer tags "as is". Wonderful.
