We've been harvesting our dried beans these days, our major protein source as vegetarians. Our favorites are the white Greek Gigantes, and these deep ruby Cranberry beans.

@npub1wtm…8wk5 We grow our plants in containers on benches right above the water barrels.
On a very cold night in the winter the temperature will go a little below freezing, high 20's F. We have leafy greens in there at that time of year, and they can handle it just fine.
