The closest way to "simulate" infinite instances is by reversing thinking and provie tools anf data for people to evaluate and monitor continuously every governance decision made through the macrocycle. This will keep a track record of the governance performance available to all.

That is a narrow vision of the concept. This is part of a bigger system design. A model to test P2P Economy that rewards people for positive contributions for the Community treasury. If the content they produce has positive validation by the Community user is rewarded.
