It makes a wonderful tea. I've also seen it used in some herbal "anti-stress" formulations along with passionflower and others. We will likely be drying lots of Tulsi this year for teas. #grownostr

Have you ever grown Tulsi? If not, you should try it. Smells incredible, bees love it and the tea is great! Also, it's said to have adaptogenic properties. It thrives in our hot & humid Texas summer.

Thanks. We use a number of organic fertilizers and minerals all put down at initial bed prep before each planting. I've developed specific quantities for different crops based on my soil and experience over the years. #grownostr

Didn't get my strings set up in time to trellis these cucumbers, so I made this quick cattle panel trellis for them. It's not perfect but it does the trick! First harvest was 70 lbs from a 50' bed. Heirloom variety, Marketmore 76. Picked over 150 lbs from it so far!

Got our cherry tomatoes pruned and trained up their strings. They're looking great. Didn't bury them super deep like I typically do, I was running into problems with that technique. Kohlrabi and beets are planted on the sides. Looking forward to this crop! 🍅

Thanks! It's a bog filter or wetland filter made from a poly stock tank. A submersible pond pump in the deep end pumps to a manifold of slotted pipe in the bottom of the bog filter, it then flows up through the pea gravel and gravity flows/siphons back to the pool. soil temp, moisture and air flow are all critical. I use the infrared temp gun #[2] recommends to dial in soil temps for germination. What are the conditions of your setup and what soil mix are you using? #grownostr
