@nprofile…d2rl yeah sometimes there's no estimate at all. other times the estimate is laughably under.
if things are really urgent then a regular working visa may not be the right approach for some ppl

@nprofile…d2rl I think time is something people often underestimate. I had one visa renewal take nearly 6 months longer than expected. no updates, just sitting in a queue somewhere. it came through with no explanation re the delay.
take away: everything takes longer than you think it should

2. Totally. Luckily all the security advice we trained AI on by scraping the internet was perfect with no tech myths whatsoever

@nprofile…d2rl important to remember that visa conditions are often reciprocated, even if total intake isn't.
I'm not aware of any recent US visa condition changes, but if they do come, expect changes with any destination country.
tldr: if someone is thinking of leaving, sooner rather than later is best.
