I don't own a real food/meat grinder, I own probably a 20yo Kitchenaide with
an FGA (food grinder attachment). It comes with two dies. Years ago when I tried to use it I didnt know what I was doing. Lately I've been studying making meat sticks from venison, the whole process. I love meat sticks. I learned make chunks, freeze them for 15 minutes run the large plate first then common to regrind with small plate. So the FGA lg plate looks coarse like chili grind. Here's my breakfast sausage made.
