preach!! I cannot even walk around the house without my underwires, even my swimsuit is underwired 😆 and that also brings gasps of horror 🙃surely in this day and age we should fully just have all options, from corset to flying free and everything in between

ludo didn't actually come to the polling station today so I've had to dig back through photos to find a #DogsAtPollingStations pic from Dec 2019! The UK went to vote today, and I needed my hands to hold on to my human helper (rather than a lead) because I have a severe case of vertigo this week. It was the first time I have ever felt the need to say to a polling clerk "I'm not drunk! It's an inner ear infection!"

the kids used to live getting to grind grain on the quern stones, until I told them they'd have been at it for most of the day. You can literally see it in the skeletons of young women.

in a previous life I did live interpretation of ancient/pre history. After a few days in the iron age (in Scotland!) you fairly develop a healthy respect for modern plumbing, heating and soft fabrics. And I can cook anything over a fire, and love doing so... but also do appreciate eating things that taste cleanly of themselves rather than woodsmoke 🙃 we don't know we're born until the power goes out

actually when things have been really grim for me in the past (not now, all good just now) suicidal ideation was the only thing that made me feel calm. It's that weird? I wasn't going to act on it, but knowing there was an exit there somehow made it possible to grit teeth and carry on. There has to be the option, otherwise we're not autonomous beings, we're...hostages...?
