Not at all, you can either add some to the top of your compressed dry coffee puck, or just pour a little into the final espresso and give it a little stir.

Someone much smarter than me needs to create a node that does not permit discussions on Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies so that those who are not interested can eliminate it from their feed. Such an idea might help bring more users over from twitter or instagram that are not wanting to be flooded with BTC which is like 99% of Nostr right now.
Also could there be the opposite of a hashtag so that you can eliminate posts that contain certain words?
Just some ideas
