Oft. It was "only" 101 when I came down for the event. You can keep it. I'll take my Iowa winters with some lows in the neg teens to twenties over 100+ deg summers anytime.

I would love to live in Alaska. Staying here in Iowa cause of family and all, but Alaska seems amazing.
Long winter nights and the cold are big pluses for me (although I do understand many of us from down here that move there think that till they experience it)

Completely agree. Heck, I'd even take a 1 to 5 minute "buffer" time for you to catch errors before it's sent out to the relays.

My morning chores before work. Certainly a good view.
There's 72 of these little guys. In a few weeks they'll graduate to freezer camp, and are destined for an amazing local restaurant. If you're even coming through north central Iowa on a Friday or Saturday evening, look up Cafe Mir in Fertile, Iowa. If they have duck, it's from us 😎

Was wondering if there was a better place than imgur. Would rather find a good image hosting site more friendly to these kind of apps. Even if I have to pay a little yearly for it.

Cloudy, chilly day on the homestead here in Iowa. But I kind of like this weather. Makes a home feel cozy. The chickens and ducks seem to like it more than hot weather as well 🙂

Using Plebstr, how do I post pictures? Do I have to do a link somehow? If so, what are some recommended picture hosting sites? I have imgur, but also don't mind paying something for a site more secure and crypto friendly.
