the problem I see with something like that is what happens when the company has to shut down?
What if nothing was meant to forever be online? In 50 years, what online will still be relevant or something that someone should read?
That doesn't mean don't think about the future, the world is consistently changing, so nobody knows how different (or the same) it will be.

something to consider: can you wait until the pixel 9a comes out (or do you need one now, as there's no exact date the new phone will come out)?
Can you deal with bugs for potentially the first year of a new phone?

I suggest having somewhere to keep notes about anything you want to blog about. That way when you're stuck, you can look there.
There are also many places online for prompts / ideas, such as https://kmcd.dev/prompts/ (also on Mastodon at @npub1cv2…ydv6), or https://blogprompts.fyi/get-a-random/ (by @npub1hp9…9p2z).
You can also look at the #100DaysToOffload hashtag on Mastodon to see what others are posting about, and get inspiration from them. You can see more about that hashtag at https://100daystooffload.com/.

an interesting one for just general world facts / information is The Continent, which is based in Africa.
They even allow you to subscribe through WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, or email. You can see their website at https://www.thecontinent.org/subscribe for the relevant links.
I do have to thank @npub1aer…7756 for posting about it, which lead me to subscribe.

not sure if you're aware, but WP Engine did file a lawsuit against Matt Mullenweg.
So now it's really up to the courts, unless one party decides to back down.

there was something similar called Gated that required "unknown senders" to donate to charity in order to get into your inbox.
But, they closed as a company in September 2023. However, they open-sourced their code.
