The irony that capitalism has:
- obsoleted my perfectly working printer
- necessitated that I press a Raspberry Pi into service as a print server
- broken web search, so that
- the only way to get timely information is to abuse an LLM as a search engine, thereby
- using a lot of water so that I can save a printer to save resources

I liked them, when I was scraping Directgov pages in 2010. I still like them, in much the same way I still like XSLT. In retrospect, a useful tech that didn't have great tooling adoption (especially by your socials) and so is now all but legacy except among those of us who still wish it was spoken.
A bit like speaking Cornish, but for your <head>.
Were you to add them and I was to scrape your page I'd happily use them, but I think I might be Special.

If there's a trigger in customer support exchanges that screams "don't waste your time" it's that when you outline your problem they say "strange. It's very stable, we have thousands of users that don't have this problem."
