This week I'm playing the remastered edition of Quake II (on Switch) and it's absolutely fantastic. I'm getting my ass handed to me on normal difficulty and don't care at all because it's so much fun, and that for me is the mark of a truly successful game

@npub1r47…wytr Thanks! I certainly intend to be non-famous 😂 I also look at the feeds precisely never so hopefully media caching won't be too much of an issue. I've been sharing a Hetzner virtual machine with some friends for web hosting for a long time but may branch out to having my own to do stuff like this.

Having vague thoughts about running a single user instance for myself at some point in the future. What are the lightweight options? I hear Mastodon is resource-heavy.
