It seems a good time to remember the research by Guy Shrubsole. 2/3 of England is owned by descendents of Norman feudal overlords, oligarchs, shady opaque tax haven companies, and City of London bankers.
These are who Jeremy Clarkson et al. are stooging for; the landowners who do the inheriting part, not their tenants who do the farming part.

I, for one, am totally *not* surprised that a stone from Scotland has ended up in England.
But not for the cynical reason that you're all thinking.
I think that we vastly underestimate how much things and people moved around these Isles millennia ago.
Partly because we compress the timescales. Read the details, and you'll find that we're talking of construction periods that were centuries long.
Also, people didn't live sessile inside our modern map boundary lines.

#UKGeneralElection propaganda in newspapers & on the WWW that tries to scare you about a "supermajority" is lying to you.
In countries such as the U.S., Germany, Ireland, and France, the written constitutions specify that a few things can only be enacted if ⅗, ⅔, or even ¾ agree. That is what a #supermajority is.
There is no such thing in the U.K. Parliament. Anything over ½ counts.
Remember that this was even true for constitutionally fundamental things such as Brexit.

The manipulation of social media by some political groups became abundantly clear when, after a solid diet of physics and mathematics videos, with occasional ducks and movie trailers thrown in, just *one* accidental viewing of a Daily Telegraph video showing CCTV footage of a robbery (which on the face of it would appear apolitical, but which has been hi-jacked in the comments) has videos about Reform U.K. Ltd and an extremist German political party at the top of my #YouTube recommendations.
