@npub1nkz…exns Funny you call it metal because a lot of the game is inspired by rock music (names, songs, just about everything). The director of the series is also a musician who doesn't hide his influences.

I haven't mentioned it much anywhere, but I like Guilty Gear. While I'm not an avid player, the character designs and music are pretty cool, with Faust being my favorite character. I'd wanted to draw this little scene between Faust and Blocky for a while and tonight I finally decided to make an attempt at drawing Faust. It wasn't as hard as I expected it to be, though I can tell it's got that beginner-level-human stank.

@npub1nkz…exns The first (original) one I color-picked directly from LDD's colors (which may or may not have some differentiation from IRL Lego colors). The crazy things lighting can do for colors.

This was meant to be an experiment but I think the little Blocky looks cute enough to put up publicly. Blocky's been drawn by a fair amount of artists, and many of them have put their own little spins on her palette. This was me applying a few of those alternate palettes to her and comparing them to her original one. Which one do you guys like?

This might be a bit of a whiplash. I've not said it to many people, but I love horror and especially body horror. I've always wanted to design fucked-up looking monsters, and today this just came to my mind and I had to draw it. It was gonna be used for a comic that I'm probably not gonna draw, so I saw it as an excuse to at least try my hand at spooky art.

Gradually overcoming an art slump. When I get this lazy I tend to stick to MS Paint trackpad drawing. Low-effort, low-energy, and no worrying about the bells and whistles of a proper drawing program at the cost of higher-quality stuff. You might see these more often than not.
