Resource scarcity existed when human population was much smaller too. Population shrinks naturally when there is more healthcare, prosperity, education etc. Smash fascism, racism and capitalism and slowly population will start reducing.

...before I give this any consideration. There are tens of thousands of children dead in Gaza alone, tens of thousands women & men, several thousand more abducted, over a hundred journalists murdered, several hundred healthcare professionals killed & tortured, every single university & almost every hospital razed to the ground, domicide at the scale we have seen. When I see pledges to restore them, maybe I can give consideration.
