@npub1lsa…d39f @npub18xj…juxh Google doesn't own Chromium, the open source project upon which all Chrome browsers are based. I doubt that Dissenter, Brave and other Chromium forks will do the same.
And if you don't want any of that shit, you can always use Firefox or any of its Gecko forks (PaleMoon, etc.).
I'm really fond of Impervious, which does way more than just render websites in a tab.

The fix isn't really all that difficult to apply. Even CrowdStrike advised users to re-boot up to 15 times to get the correct update file applied, which seems to work. But the easiest fix is to boot up in Safe Mode and delete the problem file yourself.
