I was going to say it is uniformly bad but that is not exactly correct; each attempt to make vegan cheese is bad in its own unique way. There are so many ways to make a product that is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike cheese.

That's where I was the first time I tried to watch it. Recently my wife has been watching better call Saul and they got to an episode where there's a crossover between the two series so I found that episode in breaking bad to watch and that got me interested.

I don't know about non-profits specifically but, in general, if you have two years or so desktop support experience, you don't need a Windows or Linux certification. Some companies, however, will still insist on certification for certain positions.
