2. A large number of house martins gathering over the field on their migration south.

1. The morning walk along Kerry Ridge which is on the border between Wales and England. Some lovely misty views across Wales.
2. Met some chatty people on the way.
3. Three Red Kites were wheeling over the Ridge.

1. The good people of Bristol who are taking to the streets in large numbers to support tolerance and diversity. Their positive message is drowning out the negative.
2. Fluffy dog really enjoyed her walk round the grounds of an old castle. Lots of grass to roll on.
3. Most of the vegetables we are eating now come from the garden. This is the best part of veg gardening!

1. Found a red kite feather. Kites are nature's refuse disposal operatives, cleaning up carrion. They are stunning birds with their rufus red plumage.
2. Pets.
3. Fresh picked peas. Home grown.

If Greens had had the media coverage given to Reform, then I'm sure that their vote total would be far higher. The media are complicit in normalising far right views.

I hope the BBC now gives Greens the coverage they deserve. We get Farage shoved down our throats. Even when he wasn't an MP he was always on QT etc. Time to demonstrate that famous BBC pledge to avoid bias, Greens have as many MPs as Reform, so @npub1hk2…y2k4 please give Greens a voice!

1. An interesting walk by the river.
2. Lunch out in a quiet, sunny garden.
3. Wildflowers. They are at their best now, lovely to see, and they do it all without our help.

We need a General Election. This is cruel to the care workers and their clients. People could be forced into hospital without their carers. Stupidity of this government.

Lockdown was fine, covid was far worse. My cousin died of covid in 2020, and another cousin is left with major organ damage after covid. The other cousin only caught it last Autumn, the pandemic is definitely not over, and no one is wearing masks, distancing, and many have not been vaccinated.

1. Used one of the patty pan squashes, picked yesterday, for lunch today. I stuffed it with beans, onion, tomatoes, spices and herbs.
2. Cats all avoided today's heavy showers, they decided it was a comfy bed day.
3. Some sunny intervals forecast for tomorrow, a chance for a walk in the Welsh hills.
