I've recently added an electric motor to my bike.
It's even better than I'd hoped: that motor and battery get me home when I run out of energy on my normal exercise round, and on good days it gives me enough confidence to push myself a little bit further. It's really helping to build up my stamina and given me back some freedom.

Unlike the #DDR East Germany which just ripped off the Commodore 64 #C64, the #Yugoslavian Voja Antonić developed a real home grown alternative: the Galaksija.
It was invented in 1983 and the plans to build your own distributed in 1984
