5/Stealth methods included "counteri ntelligentsia" deployed in universities, "think tanks", newspaper and magazine and radio and television, and more recently, in social media to portray government as the enemy, social security and Medicare as "bankrupt", environmentalists as dangerous (See War on Coal), and the super wealthy, the 1%, as the only possible rescuers of the country.
The ultimate goal is to change the U. S. Constitution so that wealth can never be taxed without unanimous consent.

4/Taxes should be low and only used to maintain the military and national security. Social programs like Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and food stamps should be abolished.
Buchanan was well aware that measures to secure this business utopia would not go over well with much of the voting public. His purpose would have to be accomplished by stealth, by gradually undermining and limiting the democratic process.
