The only reason I didn't like it enough to leave it connected is that it includes a huge thumbnail along with the post.
I was wishing for a one to one copy for the note's text.
Might need to write a little script myself.

You can get muted by individual users, or banned by specific relays. Not protocol wide banned though, as long as you have your private key you can broadcast to the network.
each relay or client can pick up your messages or not, they're free too.
