Weiß jemand, wie man mit Admins einer #Pixelfed Instanz Kontakt aufnehmen kann?
Ich überlege für Bilder einen PF Account auf pixelfed.de aufzumachen. Jetzt steht in deren Regeln, dass Werbung verboten ist.
So allgemein formuliert würde das ja bei uns Selfpublisher Autoren, die Bildern zu ihren Büchern und der Kunst dazu posten und mir als Illustrator, der ich natürlich auch mal mein Commission sheet posten würde, heißen, das ist alles noGo.

Just bought the DVD of "Idiocracy".
My kids will think it is a documentary of the USA. And they wouldn't be entirely wrong.

I am free of #Meta now. My last two dormant Instagram accounts have been deleted.
So i do no longer have a connection to corporate social media.
I left Facebook first, then X, then Instagram.
I ditched everything Adobe and Microsoft.
Next on my list:
Deleting my Amazon Account, Trying to make a phone run without Google (and ditch Google), Delete my ebay Account (there is other options for used goods).
What i may further need due to no real other options yet: Paypal, Netflix

Can you guess what kind of fanfiction i cosumed the last days? Yes?
Oh i miss the terror the that flaps in the night. His character was so interesting and full of layers. And the reboot in Ducktails had so much potential to make it even greater!

I need to remind myself to prioritize my mental health and only engage in thoughtful conversations that do not lead into a thousand dead ends or are mostly a way for people to use social media as vent for their trauma work.
As soon as i sense, that there is still a victim feelings very active, i need to step back, cause i am not equipped to handle such feelings with enough functioning boundaries for my own core.
I get better at this, but still need to practice.

Today i will migrate more pictures from my old account on mastodon.art, so that i can start shutting down that one.
I did not migrate my followers, because i did not use the transfering function. I only took who i follow and my lists. The rest i do manually and i will have to gather the attention of people once more.
