Because the obvious implication is that it should be legal to nail teenagers if they have big boobs, if he thought the answer was no then why would he have posted it? I don't have a link but I've definitely seen him on Gab saying boobs=adulthood in the past, and that last screenshot is definitely based on this opinion. Someone else confirmed that the photographed girl is only 14.
