I think there's a fair amount of risk in hiring an ED. I'm not sure it's one of those actions in which, no matter what you do, things move forward. If an ED fails to secure more funding, we're dramatically increasing our expenses.
It'd be great to see someone on the ballot who has experience in bringing an ED to a non profit and onboard them. That would go a long way in reducing that risk.

@npub1wfj…2ewz that's a good idea. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be. Though I did go at it with the cavalier attitude of "what's the worst that could happen?"
The answer to that by the way is that I would accidentally wipe the newer mac that I use for work.

Finally made decision to convert my 2012 MacBook Pro to Linux. It was impossibly slow and I couldn't install obsidian due to the old MacOS version.
I decided to give Mint a roll. We'll see how long this lasts.

We started using #htmx at work with #django. We have a table view that includes a form in a modal to add data to that table.
There's a single view that can render the new django-tables2 row (valid post), the invalid form (invalid post), and the initial modal content (get).
Is that atypical and/or worth something writing about?
