I've seen too many people come and go from companies because their first few weeks were so disorganized. I would largely blame the onboarding.
However, I also can't help but wonder if those people even tried to help themselves when they were lost in the chaos. Taking initiative goes a long way and is generally an important characteristic of a driven person.

Bitcoin only works in a society where people feel comfortable with a digital currency. Digital, generally speaking, isn't guaranteed. It's like buying DLC game content. It's there as long as you can connect to the network, but it really sucks when the network is down and out of your own control.

Unfortunately, most parents I know will not take the time to learn the apps their kids want to use, or they simply turn a blind eye. It takes one kid in the friend group to get the app before the rest start begging for it too because they don't want to be left out.
