Weekend Fun Run. Just 18 km of running without a specific plan other than first running into the wind so that I have it in the back on my way home 😁.
It was already getting hot, there was more sun than I expected.
Some curious cows followed me along on their side of the water 🐄.

I surely also would have gone home with one (or more) bottles and some glasses. A good whisky is always tempting and enjoyable.

Letzte trailrun im ferien. Es war zu warm und sehr anstrengend. Ich hätte gepland für 600m EG aber bin nicht so weit gekommen. Scenery bleibt sehr schön in die Schwarzwald. Und es gibt hier Millionen tracks.
Final trailrun on holidays. It was hot and exhausting. I planned for 600m EG but did not get so far. Scenery is very nice in the Black Forest. And there are millions of tracks here.

I know the feeling, a couple of weeks ago I tripped in the very first km of my training over a tree root on a seamingly easy sand path. Sometimes nature wins...🫤

Pittige trail training afgewerkt op weg naar de #vechtdaltrail
Zand, gras, modder, single track, boeren weggetjes, hoogte- en dieptepunten.
Did a challenging trail today, working towards the Vechtdaltrail.
Sand, mud, single track, farmers road, highs and lows.
