@npub1t5m…9guy I sit like a shrimp goblin at my desk but for some reason the thing that does the most to prevent back pain is just making sure I walk at least 30 minutes a day. Whenever I break that habit, the lower back protests pretty much immediately.

@npub1t5m…9guy I have this same issue when Republicans enlist people who aren't old white men but still tow the party line of old white men. Like back when Michael Steele was the head of the RNC, it didn't change the fact the GOP was white supremacist and pushing white supremacist policy.
Women achieving positions of power is for sure a desired outcome, but it's not the entirety of the desired outcome for the system.

@npub1886…zwp7 And I know it's well-intended. They think this thread is important and they want to share it. For me, it's just too much clutter on my feed to be served the entire thing.

When someone boosts each post from another person's entire 60 post thread, I wish there were a setting such that I would only see the first post.
Maybe I'm interested, but I'm fully capable of following the breadcrumbs on my own if so. If not, this is essentially spam and just makes me mute your boosts.
