I'm looking for a job! I can help you with your websites, figure out weird data management systems (and make sure your critical data is backed up), improve reader and author experiences of websites, do internal training, onboarding and mentorship, apply machine learning, all sorts. I mostly work in Typescript though I've done a lot of Python and would like to do Rust. I'd love to work on digital services or open data with Government, or for a nonprofit or co-op.

@npub17ge…hgsu saw you on the TinyGS GitHub issues - are you getting data from your groundstation? I haven't been able to find an API or a way to access their MQTT server. Did you connect it to a local MQTT server and forward all the messages to their one?

It's been a completely wild week in "am I passably good at my profession or am I actually shit". On the plus side, 50 apps were published on the app store and installed presumably tens of thousands of times, but on the not good side, the app store didn't work at the start, and separately, I didn't get a job. I feel like I need to take a year off and go to therapy to process the last 10 years of work, but alas, bills etc.

Important #emfcamp badge #tildagon fact: the screen is replaceable without soldering!!! If something happens to the screen during your travel, don’t throw away your badge thinking it’s broken - you can buy a replacement screen for ~£12. Let’s avoid e-waste!

@npub1can…0fm9 nice! So it sticks well enough to the support to be stable for the print but then doesn’t stick to the print enough to be a problem? I’ll give that a go when I eventually go for an MMU! Thanks :)

I GM’d a game of Star Trek: Adventures for a group of friends and I’m making lil mailable gifts for them if we end up doing a campaign. Prototypes are improving! First one just printed in colored filament, second is painted, third is sanded and painted with acrylic. I’m finding it hard to get a smooth finish with a brush though. Clearly, more rounds of prototyping are warranted. #3dprinting #startrek #startrekvoyager

@npub1llz…08cq Why did the EU allow a private company to collect fees on the port tunnel? What's the point of paying for it out of public funds and then making citizens pay again at the point of use, except they pay a private entity?
