@nprofile…h94j it’s the dissertation about the biggest German citizenship system during WW2: Deutsche Volksliste and the German minority in Lodz between 1914 and 1960.
Lots of unused documents have survived in Poland and nobody really wrote personal history of Polish Germans between 1939 and 1950: I tried to reconstruct some biographies on basis of archival documents

@nprofile…h94j It's stored in Poznań State Archive, open access to all researchers I think. No idea it was digitzed, Poznań has lots of precious WW2 documents (captiol of Nazi province Wartheland), and many others.

@nprofile…h94j the world is getting weirder and weirder, I remember jokes from 2005 (first PiS cabinet). "if Poland had obtained nuclear weapons, Germany would exist only for 15 minutes".
Currently, it's a realistic scenario, which would calm both Poland and almost all its neighbours

@nprofile…h94j It's misinterpretation: Tusk announced only Polish interest in French nuclear deterrence programme, and all options are right now open. It's far from Polish nuclear weapons programme

@nprofile…h94j I will try to finish proof reading the bibliography. Many sections have been removed, and I list all archival sources in bibliography...so it needs to be revised. After that, I have to check the actual footnotes, to add the actually missing sources and literature
