This is really good news all around. Colorado saves money, homeless people are treated like actual people instead of criminals or annoyances, and good karma spreads just a little bit farther.

I made the Dean's List every trimester while in college to get my bachelor's degree. Straight A's for four years.
Except in stupid required calculus classes, where I earned two B's.
That really was when I (first) learned that life is cruel. (It was, sadly, fair that I didn't earn an A, however.)
