I’ve been using grids to transfer images to canvas, and more recently, I’ve started using carbon paper as well.
For realistic paintings, these methods beat freehand drawing by a huge margin in both speed and accuracy. It’s not about “cheating”, it’s about getting to the good part faster: the painting itself.

For this painting, I used the glazing technique on the left pear. Glazing involves diluting paint with a transparent medium, allowing light to pass through. It helped capture the subtle peel textures while preserving the color transitions beneath.

True. Especially in this type of realist paintings, Bitcoin is a challenging subject.
Tough portraying abstract concepts like status, class and exploration in the 1700s were commonly done through physical manifestations.
Similarly, we still use floppy disks as the symbol for saving, eventhough they’re not being used anymore.
I’m curious if you have different thoughts on what symbolism best represents Bitcoin or decentralization in general?

I’m not quite there yet, but what I notice sometimes is that Joe Rogan and the gang sometimes have the same dogmatic tendencies as the liberal left.
I listened to the Quomo vs Dave Smith debate and was really disappointed by firstly, the audience booing Quomo and secondly, Dave not making strong points and not wanting to listen to Quomo. He seemed to be after soundbites, but nothing more.
