It is the geographical center of Ukraine. It's in the Cherkasy region, in the village of Marianivka. A few years ago, an art object was built here.
The wings symbolize each region of Ukraine and the occupied Crimea. And if you step into this circle, you can hear the heart of the country beating.

Of course, yes. Like most bomb shelters in Ukraine, we have a dedicated line and Wi-Fi routers, so there are no problems with that :)
