We have decided to put on solar panels. I thought that the credits came off taxes due however they don’t. You will get a 30% refund via taxes from the federal govt from the Infrastructure Bill. South Carolina has a maximum of $9200 over several years in increments of $3500 and $5200 from my local power company. I went to public schools, my entire life. I learned civics. I learned the history of our great Democratic Republic and yes, indeed, I learned all about slavery. I was horrified by it, but I can’t say that it made me feel guilty. Ask your other public school educated friends and family. This matters to me because the #GOP is insisting that education about slavery makes poor white kids feel guilty. #BS Let all children read it all, let all children learn it all. Education is key to democracy.

Wages go up all over the country today, but not in South Carolina. Where minimum wage is still 725 an hour and that’s what I’d guess 90% of employers pay. Get rid of #Mcmaster and all the rich #GOP criminals who are holding back South Carolina’s huge %, around 16%, of poor people from living the American dream.
