Wow.. just clicked through the @nprofile…kz02 instances with the most users on @nprofile…4t09 and it left me a bit confused. It seems that #peertube belongs to a different #fediverse than #mastodon - or are the mastodon instances with right wing/conspiracy content just blocked by this instance and therefore I don't see that content?

@nprofile…rv82 @nprofile…v4kz Inguess this is also due to the fact that half of the accounts are on flipboard, an US company that did a very good job in bringing media accounts to the fediverse.
But I'm sure any effort to find more European based media will be welcome. 😊

Why is it so hard to explore other #mastodon servers? Or do I miss something? #fedihelp
When I see a user with an interesting sounding server I have to manually copy the domain, open it in a browser and when I want to follow an account I have to search it again on mastodon.social
Or is there an app that supports exploring the fediverse better?

I found some active accounts from organisations but it seems to be harder to find accounts representing persons.
Can you recommend me any accounts from Switzerland or accounts focussing on AI? :)
