That’s awesome for you 🧡. I’m a positive person but during times of high stress or very busy periods, it didn’t come as naturally. Gratitude is a tool to get through to the other side.
Fortunately, I am able to avoid cortisol at all costs now and gratitude is more natural indeed.

I’m thankful for not feeling alone in the world anymore. It took me most of my life to figure out and I was never really alone, just was overwhelmed by a feeling of loneliness even in the company of others.
I feel a strong sense of purpose, love and community now.
